Refund Policy

We want every customer to receive strong, healthy plants. Because our products are live and perishable, they require special handling and cannot be returned once delivered. The policy below explains how we handle refunds and replacements in a fair and transparent way.

No Returns

Live plants will not survive the time required for return transit, so we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. This is standard practice for perishable goods and ensures that plants are not subjected to unnecessary stress or deterioration.

Reporting Issues

If your plants arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. After this time, we cannot offer a refund or replacement because we cannot determine whether the issue occurred during transit or after delivery.

To assess your claim, we require:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the plants and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We cannot process a claim without photographs.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we have reviewed your photos and information, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement plants (subject to availability), or

  • A refund for the affected items

If the plants are no longer available, a refund will be issued.

Courier Delays

If a courier delay results in plants arriving in poor condition, the same reporting process applies. Please notify us within 2 days with photos so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before the sowing date for a full refund. After sowing, plants are grown specifically for your order and cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to take the plants after sowing, a partial refund of £5.50 will be offered.

Non‑Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Issues reported more than 2 days after delivery

  • Claims without photographs

  • Plants that deteriorate because they were left unattended after delivery

  • Incorrect varieties or quantities ordered by the customer

  • Plants that fail after planting due to weather, pests, soil conditions or aftercare
