We aim to dispatch orders between Monday and Wednesday each week. Monday dispatches are usually used for pre‑orders or for customers on a two‑day delivery service, such as those in Scotland. Orders may be sent on any of these three days and dispatch will not necessarily fall on the same day each week.
When placing an order, you will be asked to choose the delivery week you require. Plants are only offered in the weeks they are suitable for planting, so availability will vary throughout the season.
Most parcels are sent via APC, although some orders may be delivered by DPD. We do not send plants out on Fridays or on the day before a bank holiday, as this increases the risk of delays in transit.
Once your order has been dispatched, the courier will email you with tracking information. Please look out for this message and use the courier’s delivery options if you will not be at home, so you can choose a safe place or alternative arrangement.
If your order arrives damaged or the delivery is unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and assist.
Please note that we cannot accept returns, as plants are perishable and cannot be resold once they have left the nursery.
